Customer Service Manager - 12 month FTC

What does a Database Administrator (DBA) do?

As Database Administrator you are responsible for the administration, performance, integrity and security of the Oracle Database, Business Intelligence, and other databases used within Nominet.

You proactively administer the database environments across multiple technologies to provide best-of-breed database support to the Nominet business. Deliver enhancements and projects in line with a technical roadmap across multiple database technologies and platforms.

Channel Marketing Lead

What does the Channel Marketing Lead do?

The Channel Marketing Lead is responsible for developing, managing and implementing strategic initiatives for our channel partners, ensuring they have access to relevant and timely content that actively assists the sales cycle. Working with the Group Marketing Manager and wider team, you will shape go to market strategies, strengthen channel partner relationships, and deliver exciting integrated programmes designed to improve market share and penetration into target markets and geographies that optimise revenue.

DevOps Lead

What does the DevOps Lead do?

As DevOps Lead working in the Cyber Solutions team you will flourish on delivering challenging projects in a dynamic environment.

You will play a lead role in streamlining processes and improving the “time to value” of infrastructure and services Nominet deploys to its clients. This is vital work as these services are used to detect and disrupt real cyber security events manifesting amongst billions of DNS queries. 

You will live and breath automation in a cloud environment and will have a relentless drive for continuous improvement, increased automation and efficiency derived from both technical and process improvements.

You will have exposure to technologies like Ansible and Teraform and will have used them to deploy services in one or more cloud environments. Managing a small team of DevOps Engineers, you be responsible for the creation of robust infrastructure that can be quickly reconfigured and disposed of as improved iterations become available.
