You love communicating and listening, explaining and diving into discussions.  Making the most of your knowledge to help ensure our customers get the right answers first time. You will have a real can-do attitude to problem solving. Be creative and committed to keep improving. Think outside the box, do your homework, and make your advice count. 

Confidently handle whatever comes your way: Calls, webchats or emails.  Deal with the unknowns. The skills, experience and behaviours you will bring…

You will been known for your experience in Customer Service and how much you love helping people in a fast-paced environment – ideally you will have done this in a call centre, but we will consider experience in customer service from other industries.

You relish working in all kinds of ways with all kinds of people and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.  Gladly juggling and multitasking across different strands of work with varying priorities.
