What does the Inbound Marketing Lead do?

Working in collaboration with the Product Marketing Lead, Cyber PR and external content agencies (as appropriate) along with the wider marketing team, the Inbound Marketing Lead is a pivotal role to drive, deliver and analyse the effectiveness of our Cyber Security campaigns. You are responsible for the strategic approach and the day-to-day management of marketing operations across all of Nominet Cyber Solutions' B2B enterprise marketing nurture streams. Experience of using both HubSpot and Salesforce is essential.

What we expect from the Inbound Marketing Lead

Be the go-to person for marketing automation in support of Nominet’s Cyber Security Services.

Work closely with the marketing & PR team to ensure that the email marketing strategies across the business are aligned

Map customer journeys and buying cycles within HubSpot, creating campaigns and workflows that support them

Manage the integration between HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring that both tools are working effectively together and successfully diagnosing and fixing issues when they occur

Improve marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue through expert knowledge and implementation of marketing automation

Maintain a good working knowledge of the industries encompassing Nominet’s diverse product and service offering, particularly the world of cyber security

Use the CMS (WordPress) to help maintain internal and external website content where relevant, particularly lead generation landing pages

Be a bridge between the content team, the wider marketing team, and the teams responsible for the new product and service strategies

Monitor trends in the digital marketing industry at large

Analyse campaign data and results in order to drive improvements

Support all areas of the content team responsibilities as appropriate

Liaise with agencies and freelancers, as required
