Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager who thrives in a dynamic Cyber market and will steer the direction of our products based on both the current and future business challenges our customers face and clearly articulate the value this will bring.

What is expected of the Product Manager?

Working closely with Sales, Presales, Marketing, R&D and development teams to gather feedback that can be distilled into a value driven roadmap

Define and clearly articulate market requirements so that the delivery team can create solutions matched to them.

Own the product roadmap, creating both an internal and external version that highlights client value

Act as stakeholder for the product service descriptions (working with delivery manager & technical author) and ensure they remain accurate

As the subject matter expert, support the sales function through the delivery of sales training, client engagement

Using Salesforce to track and monitor the financial performance of the product, looking for ways to enhance margins through process automation and value added services (such as support)

Track the cyber security market through latest industry, competitor, regulatory and threat landscapes, looking for new opportunities to add value

What skills, knowledge & experience we are looking for in a Product Manager?

You must have demonstratable cyber product manager experience but we will also accept applications from candidates who have high tech experience within a software environment. 

Be able to demonstrate your experience and talk us through the classic product management process that you have used in the past

Experience of product or market requirement documents and how you have worked with an R&D function to build a solution

Understand and have experience of what will make the product commerically successful and be able to create a clear requirement for the technical teams to provide a solution. 

Experience of building a product roadmap including providing a business case to show what revenue these changes can bring in to the organisation.  Showing how the technical features will in turn become customer benefits

Personable and be able work and interface with technical teams and coordinate with complex cross functional teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail orientated and with a methodical and organised approach
