Sales And Account Service Executive

The Sales and Account Service Executive will support the Sales and Account Managers by unearthing opportunities for commercial gain, through use of analytics. Further, they shall produce reports to show monitoring of SLA’s and other contractually obligated data, tailoring the results for both internal use and for external clients.

On top of the administrative and analytical data production, the Sales and Account Service Executive will also take the first step into account management by taking on a small number of accounts, with full support from the wider Registry Services Department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Translate internal information into documents or presentations that are suitable for client visits
  • Prepare Business Intelligence reports for internal reporting, client visits or calls
  • Assist Account Managers with organisation and admin support as needed
  • Work with Account Managers to ensure that Salesforce is up to date, being utilised by the team and delivers improvements to the way we work
  • Manage a number of assigned accounts providing a single point of contact and overview of the account internally and externally
  • Ensure the Registrar Resources website remains up to date with all relevant information and is consistent and clear

RSP

  • Create reports for both internal and external customers, as required by the wider department
  • Contribute to the translation of client requested functionality, creating actionable requirements
  • Work closely with the Account Managers to ensure detailed understanding of RSP clients’ businesses
  • Monitor RSP support levels and ensure we meet our contractual obligations
  • Record any system issues that affect RSP clients, escalating them to the appropriate Account Manager where required, monitoring the necessary fixes to ensure completion
  • Develop strong relationships with all delivery functions of the organisation and act as a first point of contact within the RSP team where appropriate
  • Gather relevant business intelligence regarding potential and current RSP clients to identify opportunities to grow revenue and better inform commercial conversations
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Coordinate delivery of contractually agreed services
  • Ensure full understanding of registrar requests, and Nominet’s provided solutions across all TLDs
  • Ensure RSP product documentation is maintained to a high standard and kept up to date as new functionality is released
  • Other duties as required by the business from time to time
