Sales Manager - Telesales

The Sales Manager is responsible for successfully achieving our RSP sales targets. They will generate a pipeline of potential clients, and manage client acquisition both directly and indirectly through delivery of our product proposition. This role will be based in Oxford with travel in the UK & internationally.

The Sales Manager is integral to the overall success of the department, and will be supported in all aspects, by the wider Registry Services Department.

As well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business, the Sales Manager will strive to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organise sales visits
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services in a professional manner
  • Establish new business channels and pipelines
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings as required
  • Review sales performance regularly and create frequent reports against KPIs with sales and financial data
  • Build good working relationships internally
  • Build and promote strong, long lasting relationships by understanding and communicating clearly the needs of your business customers
  • Research the market and related products to ensure we are pitching the best service in the best way
  • Pitch the product/service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts
  • Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to create and train lead qualification process
  • Collaborate with wider departments on sales initiatives
  • Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications
