What does a Sales Operations Analyst do?
Our Sales Operations Analysts are data-wranglers, supporting the Cyber sales team in generating reports, creating proposals and presentations. Giving their all to understand the reporting needs of our Cyber Security business, developing and deploying metrics, dashboards, process changes and enhancements to improve sales effectiveness and productivity.

You comprehend, extract and analyse information from various data sources for ad-hoc reporting and quarterly performance analysis. You develop and deploy metrics, dashboards, process changes and enhancements to improve sales effectiveness and productivity.
You manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment while supporting the Sales team with forecast reporting, territory quotas, standardisation and consolidation.
Use your initiative to lead business analysis including revenue, customer and market analysis. Find and fix sales process weaknesses, support Salesforce process enhancements and best practices development.
You are a confident and driven professional with the ability to influence key stakeholders whilst maintaining the highest level of service.
The skills and experience you bring...
Previous experience in a Sales Operations analysis role where you've developed excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. The ability to multi-task and manage deadlines, as well as excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all groups and levels within the organisation.
You have advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience of using it for data analysis. Experience of using Salesforce CRM with the confidence to work with the sales team to ensure the data integrity of Salesforce.
